After dub-hop explorations of Syny – reduction to a minimum based on minor post hip-hop; emotionally penetrating areas of urban neuroses and deviations, journeys into agglomerative melancholies, discreet searches for the future. After well-deserved success of Syny, Robert Piernikowski comes back solo, developing the ideas, initiated in the aforementioned duo, in a dialectic way. In a way, it its reverse/supplementation: dub/tone inspirations have been replaced by the synthesizer’s cool passages, with distinctive elements of suspension in heavy silence in between. Extremely personal work, with no unnecessary splendor, served in a direct and economical way; personal and generational searches for future bearings within melancholies of urban debris.
